I booked a king room with a hot tub for a relaxing getaway, but on the second night, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't get the room I wanted. Despite the outdated decor and some maintenance issues like peeling wallpaper and a broken treadmill, the room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel needs an update to match guests' expectations. The service, especially from the maid service to the breakfast attendant, was nice and helpful, topped off with money-saving rewards programs enrollment. The location was convenient, near major events, though some thought it should be more isolated from the building. The dining experience, while offering good variety and tasty dishes, lacked in space, with a crowded area. The facilities could use some improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient and close to where I needed to be, but the cleanliness of the room, with soiled bedsheets, was a major letdown. The service was professional and helpful, however, which made the stay more manageable.

Returning to the hotel always means coming back to a spotless room with excellent service; it's simply fabulous! The only downside is the lingering cigarette smell in the room, but that's a minor issue compared to the overall fantastic experience.
